we prepare for our next phase of growth—including IPO readiness—we
are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Total Rewards to lead
and scale our global compensation and benefits strategy. This is a
pivotal role, responsible for maturing our rewards governance,
partnering closely with our Compensation Committee, and driving key
initiatives like EU Pay Transparency and Workday Advanced
Compensation implementation. The right candidate will combine
strategic clarity, operational excellence, and clear communication
to support a complex, global workforce. As An Active Member Of Our
Team, You Will… In your first 6–12 months, you will: Lead
Compensation Committee preparation: Partner with Legal, Finance,
and executive leadership to prepare materials, advise on
compensation recommendations, and execute post-meeting actions Own
EU Pay Transparency strategy: Drive readiness, analysis, and
implementation in partnership with Legal and regional stakeholders
Lay groundwork to implement Workday Advanced Compensation, ensuring
system requirements align with business needs and drive manager
self-service at scale Work with our Senior Benefit Manager to
implement a new Benefit Broker and technology solutions to support
Benefits Admin Longer-term responsibilities include: Scale and
evolve our global compensation and benefits strategy to support
Cribl’s growth and IPO-readiness Design and manage equitable,
competitive compensation structures—comprising cash, equity, and
bonus programs—anchored in global market data and internal equity
Maintain and refine job architecture, leveling frameworks, and
compensation governance Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Legal,
and People Business Partners to deliver competitive offers and
total rewards strategies aligned with Cribl’s compensation
philosophy Lead and mentor a growing team across compensation and
benefits functions, including strategic integration of global
benefits into Total Rewards\ We are a remote-first company and work
happens across many time-zones – you may be required to
occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours If
You’ve Got It - We Want It 8 years in Total Rewards leadership,
with deep expertise in compensation design, governance, and global
scaling Experience supporting Compensation Committees and executive
compensation processes Proven track record of executing at both
strategic and operational levels, including building programs,
owning systems (e.g., Workday Advanced Comp), and driving
compliance Strong business orientation: frames recommendations in
terms of risk, scalability, and business goals—not just best
practices Exceptional communication skills: able to influence
across functions and levels, and translate complex ideas into clear
business language Global experience and familiarity with regional
compliance frameworks (especially EU pay transparency) strongly
preferred IPO or pre-IPO experience is a strong plus Bonus Points:
Experience leading rewards strategy in a remote-first, high-growth
tech environment Familiarity with Cribl’s tech stack or industry
peers Strong data acumen with ability to leverage insights for
business impact Salary Range ($220,000 - $275,000) The salary for
this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered
within the range described will be based on the individual
candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In
addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous
