Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The New Verticals Merchant Onboarding & Experience Data Analyst supports merchant onboarding, compliance, finance operations, and reconciliation for New Verticals merchants. This role is responsible for managing Business Verification ID (BVID) requests, audit and compliance workflows, merchant setup, and cross-functional coordination to resolve invoicing, payment, and onboarding issues. The analyst also supports scalable process improvements and contributes to finance-related product initiatives to improve merchant experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage all BVID requests by tagging appropriate DRIs, requesting required information, and completing approvals Handle BVID audit and compliance requests from the Internal Audit team Manage the “tax retailer” onboarding Slack workflow and update the associated runtime with submitted business IDs Set up New Verticals merchants for alcohol in a fully compliant manner Assist with store creation and merchant onboarding activities Support Enterprise Partnership Managers with onboarding and operational requests Project manage initiatives to resolve Finance and Reconciliation pain points across all New Verticals merchants Create scalable solutions to triage setup errors and enable faster onboarding in Salesforce Partner with Accounting and Engineering teams to unblock invoicing and payment errors Own and maintain the Merchant Finance Product Roadmap Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize high-impact finance and onboarding product initiatives Required Skills: Experience managing data entry and operational workflows Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance-related tasks Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Education: Bachelor’s degree required Education: Bachelors Degree Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
