Job Description:
COMPANY NAME: Nauto, Inc. POSITION TITLE: Senior Software
Engineer-Backend Systems POSITION DUTIES: Design, develop and
maintain complex Golang Web Services for Nauto's Fleet SaaS
application. Build highly available services running in public
cloud and enable 99.9% uptime. Provide scalable services with low
response time and high throughput. Work across product team and
other internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate use
cases. Define Service Level Agreement for your service. Work within
Cloud team to define infrastructure needs and production support
requirements. Take ownership of operational excellence of
application. Lead production support and postmortem analysis.
Document and evangelize your application. DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:
Master of Science degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer
Science, Software Engineering, Electronics and Communication
Engineering or a related field of study. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or a related
systems software development role. OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Seven (7) years of experience bringing software to production at
large scale and writing clean, maintainable and testable code using
at least one of the following server platforms: Golang, Python, or
Node.js. Four (4) years of experience with Kafka event logging and
streaming service and at least one of the following NoSQL
databases: DynamoDB or Cassandra. One (1) year of experience with
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker Containers, and at least one of
the following container orchestration systems: ECS or Kubernetes.
