cutting edge artificial intelligence (AI) and computer vision-based
medical technologies for the operating room and hospitals. The
Stryker AI team comprises industry visionaries, scientists and

them. You will join a team that brought one of the first AI-driven
medical devices to the operating room ***the Triton Blood Loss
app*** and spawned an entirely new type of AI-enabled FDA-cleared
medical device. You will help us with many new innovations in the
works that need skilled, creative, and inventive people to make
them a reality.In this role, you will work along with a team of
software engineers develop and deploy an iOS based app that tackles
obstetric hemorrhage, retained sponges and inappropriate
transfusions.This is a unique, high visibility opportunity for a
technical leader who wants to make business impacts. In this role,
you will be expected to deal with ambiguity! You will bring your
outstanding analytical abilities and desire to work with
cross-functional teams and systems. You are a self-starter and able
to learn on the go.What You Will DoTechnical Responsibilities:You
will lead the design and development of software components in
alignment with requirements and architecture definedYou will apply
and mentor others on advanced engineering theories, principles, and
conceptsYou will conduct, design, and select advanced prototyping
and testingYou will lead and guide in correction of complex product
design issuesYou will conduct technology exploration and influence
application in the businessYou will translate user needs to design
inputs/ specifications and produce complex system level designs
independentlyYou will develop a number of invention disclosures,
patents or trade secretsYou will independently make design tradeoff
decisions while designing multiple components of the systemYou will
use your ability to generate and review the necessary documents
with project teams.

Responsibilities:You will contribute to competitive and market
strategy by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the market,

You Need (Required):Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/
Computer Science or related discipline2+ years of related work
experience2+ years of experience as an iOS developer.Experience
with Swift / Objective-CWhat We Would Love That You Have (Strongly
desired):Technical Skills:C++ or other object-oriented programming
languagesExperience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data,
CoreBluetooth, and/or UIKitExperience storyboardFamiliarity with
RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end servicesDesign
and Development Skills:Understanding of Apple's design principles
and interface guidelinesProficient understanding of MMVM design
patternSoftware Process Skills:Collaboratively influence the
Software Development Life Cycle processes changes and best
practicesCollaboratively lead in creating estimates for code
implementation time/resource for assigned tasks and
projectsRegulatory and compliance standards applied to the SDLC
