We are looking for a Software Engineer for the JPMC Enterprise Toolchain team (JET) within the CTO organization. In this role, you will work on modernization of the testing tools and increasing their adoption within Enterprise Toolchain for JPMC. You will stay current with emerging technologies and public cloud developments; you'll partner closely with the business community to ensure the application landscape is designed to take the most advantage of JPMC's Enterprise Toolchain and ensure the offerings are accelerating JPMC's goals and objectives.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:+ Deep knowledge of good testing practices and their place in the modern SDLC with acceleration of software delivery.+ Experience working with industry tools for different types of testing including contract testing, E2E, Stress, Performance, Resiliency, Fault injection+ Passion for enabling modern testing practices that are supported by a range of tools covering different stages of SDLC+ Ability to work closely in partnership with the business, technology and project management partners applying communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices+ Detail-oriented coupled with the ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness+ Ability to drive progress with very-little guidance and short turnaround+ Helps on coaching and mentoring less experienced team membersQualifications+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical field+ Programming skills using Groovy, Java, Spring boot+ Extensive experience with testing tools, including Blazemeter, JMeter, Saucelabs, Gremlin or their alternatives.+ Hands on experience with Kubernetes and public cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services/AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure); experience with transforming on premise solutions to k8s and/or public cloud is a plus+ Experience with improving product observability using any of the observability platforms: Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, Wavefront+ Strong programming skills in BASH, Python, Perl, GO, etc.+ At Least 1 Year of Tool/Testing Software Engineering ExperienceJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
