selves to work.The OpportunityAs a Technical Product Manager, you
will be central to the ability of our team to effectively enable
significant data driven value. Your ability to lead both
strategically and tactically will drive the success of these teams,
and impact the overall business momentum of our client This role is
focused on both internal and client-facing products and programs
with key interface points among internal key stakeholders and
technical teams responsible for machine learning, experimentation,
and data engineering functions key to creating, improving, and
maintaining the platforms and tools critical to our client's
success. These teams own the company's core Data Warehouse, central
experimentation service, machine learning models and all key data
pipelines.What You Will Do
- Gain a deep understanding of how our data systems work
- Coordinate and prioritize workstreams for the Data Engineering
and Platform team
- Track and maintain all activity across the team.
- Coordinate and schedule dependencies and deliverables with
other teams
- Participate in retrospectives and work with the team to
continuously improve processes and systems Possess a thoughtful
leadership mindset operate tactfully and effectively
- Manage customer/stakeholder expectations regarding team roadmap
and any schedule changes
- Own issues and bottlenecks to resolution: provide escalation,
make appropriate trade-offs, commit to and meet delivery
deadlines
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to define functional
and system requirements for integration and improvement of ML/AI
models into the platformWhat You Will Bring
- Deep understanding of knowledge graph-based platforms, their
customers, and the data that knowledge graphs cluster, you will
champion our customers' needs at all times
- Create and deeply evangelize the people graph vision and
roadmap and coordinate with cross-domain partners to execute. This
includes working closely with data scientists and engineers
identifying gaps on the platform and building plans to address
those gaps and alignment with our OKRs
- Synthesize research and consumer insights into high impact
platform functionality.
- You are our knowledge graph and data platform technical product
expert
- First rate communication and organizational skills.
- You are detail-minded, thorough and have excellent follow
through
- Demonstrated capacity for building AI platforms that enable
market leading applications
- Industry experience building and shipping high impact data
platforms that drive valuable applications
- Experience in a technical management role.
- Highly skilled with SQL, Restful APIs and Python
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment
