Role Summary

Supply chain Application team is responsible for building Supplier collaboration platform that allows

internal users & external suppliers to collaborate. We have already built modules for order management, Invoicing, Master data management, APQP, packaging and many more.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is technically curious and excited about making an impact to supply chain. The product manager will be responsible for working with PMs to refining the roadmap, be an interface between the PMs/business and the Software engineering team and define solutions to the problems identified and execute them.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers/business stakeholders to capture the requirements, workflows, plans.
  • Become the expert with Rivian supply chain applications & tools and drive product roadmaps for supply chain applications.
  • Represent the product strategy and roadmap to internal / external stakeholders.
  • Define product themes, epics, and user stories as input to the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development and UX teams to iterate and refine product plans
  • Identify and resolve tradeoffs and issues that might impede product delivery
  • Identify any roadblocks or other issues and highlight them to leadership Qualifications
    • 10+ years product management experience with increasing seniority
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or in a related technical discipline; Master's degree preferred.
    • Supply Chain knowledge is preferred
    • Background in automotive, energy, or similar technical industry
    • Experience with Agile, SCRUM, or similar software development life cycle process
    • Proficiency in Confluence and Jira.
    • Custom Application development product management experience
    • Self-motivated; able to work in geo-distributed team
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects and meet the commitments & deadline.

      Pay Disclosure

      Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $184,000 - $211,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

      Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
