Serve as a lead subject matter expert, driving industry best practices for the evolution of the company's ServiceNow instance and integrated tools. Contribute to the IT Roadmap, including ServiceNow rollout, new module implementations, and major upgrades. Lead discussions on new ServiceNow features, recommend process improvements, and keep users informed about system updates.Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, and maintenance. Design and implement enterprise IT projects in ServiceNow by gathering requirements, transforming solutions with technical leads, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT. Manage change processes, define user interfaces, and develop system specifications.Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications as a Technical Solutions Architect.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Angular, XML, JSON, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules like Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and Now Mobile.
• Familiar with features such as App Engine Studio, Git, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Certified in ServiceNow System Administration, Application Development, and Technical Architecture.
