Job Description:
The Fujifilm Cloud Services Lead Tech Engineer is responsible
for being the technical lead on all projects and support within the
Fujifilm Cloud Services environments. This would include leading
teams and projects, as well as providing technical guidance to
other team members and customers. This role is also responsible for
building, maintaining, and supporting the highly- available
infrastructure systems in order to deliver Synapse Cloud Services
Hosting, Disaster Recovery and Archiving services. The ideal
candidate will possess hands-on experience in supporting and
managing Windows Server infrastructure within AWS cloud
environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and
scalability. An ideal candidate knows how to take charge and lead
teams to accomplish a goal. They can make technical decisions and
provide advise to other engineers, within the boundaries of their
role and follow policy and change management guidelines. Technical
project management skills are strong for this candidate. This
person can lead calls, assign tasks to appropriate parties, and
manage follow up communication. They track progress and drive
execution. They should be innovative and have excellent analytical
and problem solving skills. One would be managing complex,
distributed systems and will need to be skilled to diagnose and
resolve complex problems. Attention to detail is necessary. This
candidate must also strive to solve problems at their root.

environment. You must be flexible and adapt well to a wide range of
priorities, tasks and technologies while maintaining a positive
attitude. It is expected that the technical knowledge of the
candidate is has both depth and breadth across IT operational
knowledge areas. Candidate must be a major contributor to continual

town. Duties and Responsibilities: • Windows Server Management:
Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server EC2 infrastructure
hosted on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and
performance. • Cloud Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize
AWS hosted application solutions, utilizing best practices for
scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and performance. •
Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts
(e.g., PowerShell, AWS CLI, or Terraform) to streamline the
provisioning, configuration, and management of AWS resources and
Windows servers. • Security & Compliance: Implement and manage
security best practices in AWS, including patch management, access
controls, encryption, and network security for Windows-based
workloads. • Incident Management: Respond to and troubleshoot
Windows Server-related incidents in the AWS environment, ensuring
minimal downtime and service disruption. • Backup & Disaster
Recovery: Design and implement robust backup, recovery, and
disaster recovery strategies for Windows servers in AWS to ensure
business continuity. • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT
teams, including DevOps, network, and security teams, to ensure
smooth integration of Windows servers into the broader cloud
environment. • Lead Cloud technical resource for customer Hosted
and Disaster Recovery projects • Responsible for supporting
customers, both internal and external for 24/7 data center
operations • Implementation, maintenance, and support of large
scale compute and storage environments • Experience with supporting
web-based applications in a cloud environment • Data migration
management for efficiently moving large data sets with • Strong
leader in continual improvement efforts using lessons learned
documentation knowledge sharing with peers, and new process
development • Responsible for oversight of the auditing of various
operational knowledge areas • Participation in on call rotation •
Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S.
FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485
standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations,
and standards. • Duties may include other responsibilities tasked
to role as necessary by management to support the Cloud Services
operations. Qualifications : Experience: • Prior experience in
technical project management, managing technical teams, or team
lead experience • Prior experience working with AWS environments
supporting Windows operations systems preferred • At least 10 years
of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems experience •
Experience working remotely in mission-critical, operations support
environment • At least 10 years of system, network and/or
application administration • Be an expert on technical topics in
the field of VMWare, Windows OS, Active Directory, data center
storage and infrastructure management Educational Requirements: •
BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information
Technology (IT) Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent
work experience Special Skills or Other Job Requirements: • Must
have solid knowledge of networking for Cloud hosted solutions •
Must be capable of quickly picking up new concepts and be able to
execute them effectively. • Have a complete understanding and
ability to troubleshoot the various systems and their
interdependencies • Proven ability to operate effectively in high
pressure situations and successfully handle multiple competing
priorities • Must be able to adapt and handle a varied workload and
able to re-prioritize in a fast paced, changing environment • Must
be able to self-manage time and tasks efficiently to complete
obligations without the need for direct supervision • Ability to
make solid progress in the face of ambiguity and imperfect
knowledge • Must have the ability and confidence to take on the
technical lead for operational teams • Show leadership by
contributing ideas and solutions to problems • Ability to decompose
complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions • Ability
to interact with other teams to diagnose and solve technical
problems as quickly and efficiently as possible • Strong sense of
ownership, urgency, and drive • Ability to properly document
configurations and distribute to teams and supported applications •
Participation in off hours work as needed Physical Requirements:
The position requires the ability to perform the following physical
demands and/or have the listed capabilities: • The ability to sit
up 75-100% of applicable work time. • The ability to use your hands
and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up
to 100% of applicable work time. • The ability to stand, talk, and
hear for 75% of applicable work time. • The ability to lift and

Travel: • Occasional (up to 10%) travel may be required based on
