are looking for a Hospital Operations Analyst to tackle critical
operational challenges and drive successful implementations with
our hospital partners. Join us to optimize workflows, improve

innovative technology. Over the next 6 months, here are some ways
you can make an impact: Own High-Impact Initiatives: Drive critical
projects related to implementation of our platform with partner
health systems Optimize Hospital Workflows: Identify and execute on
opportunities to streamline hospital workflows, leveraging Lunar’s
enhanced capabilities Scalability & Standardization: Ensuring
implementations are not just one-off successes but scalable across
multiple hospital partners. Change Management: Support hospital
teams through workflow transitions by providing training, guidance,
and best practices to ensure successful adoption of Lunar’s
platform. Advance Patient-Centered Care: Contribute to a
mission-driven company by building the operational foundation that
empowers hospitals to deliver higher-quality, more efficient care
Your Experience: Communication Skills : Exceptional written and
verbal communication skills, with the ability to describe clinical
workflows, train users, and collaborate across teams Craftsmanship
: Committed to excellence, approaching work with precision, care,
and a deep sense of craftsmanship to deliver high-quality outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset : Proactively identifies and seizes
opportunities, solving novel, high-ambiguity challenges with
first-principles thinking, resourcefulness, and a bias for action
Experience Level : A minimum of 5 years of professional experience,
2-3 years healthcare-related experience Mission Driven : A passion
for making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry Lunar
supports a flexible hybrid work environment. We encourage in-person
collaboration with an expectation of working onsite three days a
