Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical
experience. 8 years of experience in product management or related
technical role. 3 years of experience taking technical products
from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end,
0 to 1, etc.). Preferred qualifications: Masters degree in a
technology or business related field. 5 years of experience working
cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and
other stakeholders. 5 years of experience in a business function or
role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting). 4 years of
experience in a role preparing and delivering technical
presentations to executive leadership. 3 years of experience in
software development or engineering. 3 years of people management
experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership. About

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers,
marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that
improve access to the worlds information. Were responsible for
guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing
specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and
tailoring our solutions to our users. As a Senior Product Manager,
you will be responsible for providing product outlook as well as
driving customer strategy around Google’s custom Cloud TPU ML
infrastructure, for external and internal customers. You will
provide critical insights into the fundamental business aspects of
developing and maintaining the Google Cloud Accelerator offerings
and hardware portfolio. You will bridge technical and business
elements to enable us to deliver solutions that delight customers
and meet critical business objectives. In this role, you will
utilize hardware product experience, and be creative and analytical
to bring innovative infrastructure solutions to market. You will
use communication skills and work cross-functionally with hardware,
software, and research teams to realize product goals and enable
key Cloud TPU customers.Google Cloud accelerates every

range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

capabilities for the TPU instances, and the full accelerator
portfolio in cloud including intercepting new technologies, roadmap
planning, business generation forecasting, ecosystem, and customer
adoption. Collaborate across hardware, software, research, and
product teams to achieve long-term product goals, while tracking
industry dynamics and innovation trends across workloads and
hardware. Work cross-functionally to assess and select critical
problems to be solved with ML infrastructure, build multi-year
roadmaps aligned with long-term data center, edge, and
infrastructure strategies, and secure executive support. Define and
drive the product outlook, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML
inference on Cloud TPUs and GPUs, with a focus on customer adoption
and business generation growth. Own the end-to-end product
life-cycle, from strategy and Product Requirements Document (PRDs)
to launch and performance monitoring, ensuring an excellent product
experience.
