(e.g Gemini Code assist/Antigravity, Codex, Claude Code, etc.).
Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering,
Computer Science, or a related technical field. 8 years of
experience with data structures and algorithms. 3 years of
experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and
setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in a
complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or
cross-business projects. 3 years of experience working with the
gaming industry. 2 years of experience developing AI Agents to
create developer tools and enhance developer experience. About the

timeframes. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$207,000-$300,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Engineer systems and tools to power vast,
persistent, and emergent games using frontier models. Collaborate
on an early-stage, AI-assisted game development studio by building
a high-performance, editor-grade application for real-time
generation of code, visuals, and audio. Integrate multi-agent
systems by building the client-side orchestration layer that
connects user inputs to agent swarms. Collaborate with research and
backend engineers to integrate experimental Application Programming
Interfaces (API) and internal Google models. Rapidly prototype new
features, iterate on the human-in-the-loop experience, and help
shape high-level architectural decisions.
