Recruiting data analyst is responsible for the effective
implementation, communication, maintenance, compliance, and
reporting of employee data related to the firm's Attorney
Recruiting and Diversity programs. The successful candidate will
demonstrate an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with
competing priorities. Must be able to provide the necessary
attention to detail and maintain the confidentiality required in
attorney recruiting administration. --- Helps to identify and
ensures the best use of the department's technology solutions to
support efficient and effective operations. Responsible for the
integrity of data stored within, imported into, and extracted from
the Attorney Recruiting applicant tracking database. Ensures
accurate recordkeeping and reporting of candidate information. ---
Works closely with IT department and external software vendors.
Serves as the Attorney Recruiting functional expert for all
technology-related projects, enhancements, and changes in the
department. --- Designs and executes testing strategies for
implementation of new technology and product updates. --- Serves as
an expert on the "front-end" user interface for the Attorney
Recruiting department software applications, and trains department
staff on their use. Provides ongoing end-user support, including
troubleshooting issues and capitalizing on available functionality.
Develops creative solutions and elevates issues to vendor support
as needed. --- Defines and communicates operational procedures as
necessary. Creates use-friendly written documentation of new and
existing procedures and system customizations. --- Works directly
with the Attorney Recruiting department and understands attorney
recruiting processes and procedures. Establishes and fosters
positive working relationships with Attorney Recruiting department.
--- Ensures that all Attorney Recruiting and HR data changes
impacting employee onboarding are appropriately tested and risks
are mitigated. --- Develops standard and custom reports. Responds
to ad-hoc requests by running reports, modifying existing reports,
and writing new reports. Shares knowledge with others in the
department when they need help using reporting tools. Updates the
department's standard report templates following upgrades. ---
Serves as the department's point of contact for all Attorney
Recruiting database interfaces. --- Organizes Attorney Recruiting
database processes. Develops project plans and keeps stakeholders
informed on responsibilities, timelines, and status. Works with
Attorney Recruiting software vendor to define business rules
related to attorney recruiting administration. --- Meets tight
turnaround times. Uses attorney recruiting experience to anticipate
potential issues and proactively resolve them. Ensures accurate and
timely implementation. --- Responds to inquiries and requests
quickly and courteously. Maintains contact with co-workers in own
and other departments to facilitate proper and complete resolution
of operational problems that arise from time to time. Understanding
what analytic strategy metrics are important in a recruiting
process. --- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: --- B. A. or
equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources Management.
--- Experience in HR/Attorney Recruiting administration and
operations. --- Experience with enterprise/HRIS technology,
including report-writing, testing, and implementations. ---
Proficiency with MS Excel/Spreadsheets. --- Familiarity with
applicant tracking systems, features and functionality of different
systems and best practice metrics that companies employ to assess
effectiveness of recruiting strategies. --- Demonstrated
problem-solving skills and sound judgment, internally and
externally. --- Strong communication skills, written, oral and
group presentation. --- Ability to analyze and interpret complex
documents. --- Strong time and project management skills.
