General Liability / Insurance Defense About the Opportunity: GPAC
has partnered with a respected and established law firm that is
actively seeking a skilled General Liability Associate Attorney to
join its growing litigation team. This is a tremendous opportunity
for a motivated attorney with experience in insurance defense,
general liability, and commercial litigation to handle complex
cases and work closely with seasoned litigators. Key
Responsibilities: Represent clients in general liability cases,
including personal injury, property damage, and premises liability
matters. Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Conduct and defend depositions. Appear in court and participate in
hearings and pre-trial proceedings. Manage cases from inception
through resolution, including trial preparation. Advise clients on
risk mitigation and liability exposure. Collaborate with partners
and litigation teams to ensure client objectives are met. Stay up
to date on changes in law and procedural rules relevant to general
liability and insurance defense. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD)
from an accredited law school. Active member of the California Bar
. Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in general liability
and/or insurance defense. Demonstrated ability to handle discovery,
depositions, and motion practice. Excellent legal research,
writing, and oral advocacy skills. Highly organized and capable of
managing a full caseload independently. Strong team player with a
