Annual Bonus Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a
dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Litigation Legal
Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced legal team. This
role will provide comprehensive administrative support to our
litigation team, assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing
of legal documents, managing calendars, and ensuring deadlines are
met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a
similar role, with a strong understanding of the litigation process
and legal terminology. This is a full-time, permanent position,
offering an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within the
legal field. Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to
civil defense litigation attorneys, including drafting and
preparing legal documents. 2. Assist in the preparation for
hearings, trials, and meetings, including coordinating logistics,
organizing materials, and conducting research. 3. Manage efiling
systems, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily
accessible. 4. Handle calendaring of deadlines, appointments, and
court dates to ensure all timelines are met. 5. Communicate
effectively with clients, legal professionals, and court personnel,
maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. 6.
Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls,
managing correspondence, and maintaining files. 7. Conduct legal
research as required, utilizing a variety of resources to gather,
analyze, and summarize information. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 4
years' experience in a litigation legal administrative assistant
role, preferably within civil defense litigation. 2. Proficient in
hearing and trial preparation, efiling, and calendaring deadlines.
3. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures. 4.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple
tasks and meet tight deadlines. 5. Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and
legal research tools. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and
handle sensitive information with discretion. 8. Strong attention
to detail and accuracy. 9. Ability to work independently and as
