Clear communicator with the ability to lead cross-functionally and escalate issues effectively. Forklift certified (or willing to become certified) and comfortable operating material handling equipment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting battery manufacturing, energy storage systems, electronics, or complex electromechanical assemblies. Familiarity with supplier-managed labeling, barcode-driven workflows, and fixed pack strategies. Experience scaling operations from pilot to production. Working knowledge of SQL or similar tools for operational reporting. Exposure to Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. What Success Looks Like Manufacturing lines are consistently fed without shortages or surprises. Inventory accuracy is high, stable, and trusted.
