Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our data collection operations. This role is responsible for managing our team of operators, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent data quality and safety across multiple collection environments. The ideal candidate has experience leading teams in factory, manufacturing, warehouse, or technical operations settings, and thrives in a dynamic environment where precision, accountability, and clear communication are key. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of operators collecting data using our robotic systems. Manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance for the operator team. Monitor and maintain data collection standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all operations. Implement and enforce safety and operational protocols. Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to report operational issues, system performance, and feedback from the field. Track and report on operational metrics (uptime, productivity, data quality). Support the processes of growing our team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and documentation Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or related field. 1 years of experience in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style. Familiarity with safety protocols and process optimization. Comfortable working around technical systems (e.g., robotics, industrial equipment, or automated machinery). Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with basic productivity tools (Google Workspace, Excel, project tracking software). Experience managing technical or data-focused operations teams. Background in robotics, hardware testing, or field operations. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
