Description:All candidates have to be open to the three shift times 8:25am- 5pm, 8am-5pm & 10am-7pm- right now 95% of staff work 8:25-5pm 35 minutes all phones may start at 8am. 8am-4:30pm trying to 5pm-7pm phones are off heavy outgoing calls. 5 min morning huddle. Day to Day: start huddle, appropriate coverage broken up in new patient scheduling or established patient scheduling. You learn both. Phones are number 1 priority the way we are set up is that we take 20 calls a day the rest is outbound. Est. outbound- reschedule for providers cancels, get sent patient contact to reschedule those, send messages about how to schedule them, insurance calls out. New area- working from work que registering, brand new first clinic 20 calls a day. 20-30 call. Computer documenting. Mailing out reminder letters. Working with parents of patients- patient care is number.
