Job Description

Micron is scaling its world-class business organization and looking for its next senior to play a key role in our Sales leadership team. The ideal candidate will develop and optimize go-to-market strategy, processes, systems and infrastructure that boost Sales productivity and efficiency, enabling Micron to accelerate revenue and profitability. In this mission critical role, you will lead and optimize our Global Sales Operations group, enabling our Sales team to drive both strategic and tactical initiatives while working in collaboration with key stakeholder groups within Micron.

Your impact

Drive sales adoption of sales process and methodology through onboarding new employees and reinforcing them throughout organization.

Lead initiatives as needed to drive Sales strategy forward with executive, peers and key stakeholders while fostering close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders and other senior executives.

Bring insights on GTM model, including direct vs indirect field coverage and appropriate cost to serve in addition to ensuring we meet our quarterly revenue plan.

Drive Data Science and big data advancements in predictive analytics (AI/ML)

Assess, Design, develop business process improvement activities to improve efficiencies, align business processes across Micron, and give sales more effective time/tools for decision making

What you bring to the role:

  • Executive Leader with proven track record of developing talent and inspiring/motivating teams to drive high performance results and business outcomes
  • Passionate about field success/enablement with proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing Sales Operations
  • Excellent track record in cross-functional leadership roles, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and learning the respect and trust of colleagues, subordinates, and managers
  • Strong influencer with a proven ability to develop strong working relationships in a matrixed, global environment and establishing a high level of credibility across functional lines of business
  • Demonstration of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, communicating effectively with customers, executives, leaders, program/initiative owners, stakeholders, and other audiences as well as delivering presentations before large audiences
  • Strong history of innovation in driving salesforce capabilities, including lessons learned from recent need for virtualization tools in response to pandemic-related market limitations.
