The Treasury Manager will focus on Treasury Operations and will be actively involved in a broad range of Treasury processes and projects, while also utilizing their specific experience in all aspects of cash management, operations and analysis. We are building-out the Treasury function to support our rapidly growing global organization. This role requires excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills, including the ability to identify and communicate risks and recommendations to business partners.

The candidate is expected to have a strong business acumen coupled with a broad Treasury operations and industry background, as well as strong communication skills to effectively facilitate information flow between Accounting, Finance, and other departments. Effective time management and prioritization skills in managing multiple projects are essential to the success of this role.

Job responsibilities:

  • Daily cash management, initiate payments, anticipate short-term borrowing needs and communicate them to proper personnel
  • Lead cash flow metrics, trend analysis and treasury reporting
  • Provide financial analysis and support across a variety of areas including, but not limited to, cash flow forecasting and analysis, working capital and liquidity management, P&L forecasting and analysis, and other ad hoc financial forecasting and modeling projects
  • Interface with accounting for bank transaction general ledger upload, journal entry differences and general troubleshooting
  • Recommend and implement improvements to Treasury processes
  • Support domestic and international banking relationships for cash and Treasury management services, continuing to drive receipt of best-in-class products and services while striving for bank fee optimization
  • Support Treasury control procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong control environment
  • Bank account management, including opening/closing bank accounts globally, tracking/updating bank account signer changes and assist with the administration of online banking platforms
  • Concentrate banking (including for acquired entities) with global partner banks, ensuring all account documentation is current, and maintaining linkage to Netsuite for processing of payments, accounting, and account reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and support any M&A closes. Determine banking and cash management integration plans, and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure robust controls while supporting the acquired entity's ability to do "business as usual".
  • Partnering with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to execute intercompany loans and overall global cash planning
  • Support Letter of Credit process; work with banking partners to obtain required documentation
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
  • Support Treasury SOX reporting
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls, FBAR, FATCA, anti-money laundering regulations, and other rules governing cash transactions and banking
  • Work on ad-hoc Treasury projects, as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting required
  • CPA and/or CTP preferred
