Position: Director of Engineering Tech Ops

This team member will play a strategic role in leading our
technology operations to help us successfully deliver our products
to health plans and providers. The ideal candidate will be able to
stay focused on strategic priorities aligned to company objectives,
while also working with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and
data analysts to ensure successful operational execution.
Provide strong and visionary leadership to your team, enhance
and develop a strong team culture of trust and commitment to
Define the vision, set and communicate team and individual
goals, and communicate strategy, tactics, and behaviors required to
achieve those goals.
Provide people management, mentorship, and career development to
members of your team.
Manage and grow our team of DevSecOps, Customer Operations, and

Define SaaS software support and services infrastructure and
customer success playbooks and establish software support service
level metricsand success trackingprocess

3+ Years of experience in managing SaaS Software technical
support and DevOps teams.
Expert in managing SaaS Software, API, and Big Data Platform on
Proficient in Python, SQL, and automation tools.
Experiencesoftware services or data integration inthe healthcare
domain is a plus.
Understands and knows how to manage through the complexities and
challenges of leading a team through a high growth situation.
Intentional listener and strong communicator; able to lead team
