If so, you may be a natural Venafi Warrior!As a Channel Account Manager at Venafi, youll be part of an extremely motivated, dedicated, and experienced team that protects many of the largest organizations in the world. How youll be protecting the world: The Venafi channel team is looking for an experienced Channel Account Manager to identify, recruit, build and drive channel partnerships. This individual is self-motivated, driven and has a proven track record of developing strong partnerships in North America. You will be responsible for the day-to-day partner management and overall partner success. This critical role will work closely with Venafis sales organization to drive new business as well as expansion opportunities, helping to drive a predictable pipeline. The North America Channel Account Manager will also liaise with Venafis Channel Director to execute on the overall partner strategy.Work with field teams to target, recruit and sign up Venafi Channel PartnersAnalyze data to identify existing channel partners and develop proactive go to market activities to drive mutual successExecute on channel partner sales quota for North AmericaHelp build predictable sales pipeline with key partnersAssist in creating partner go-to-market plansDrive Venafi and channel partners thought leadership throughout North AmericaSupport on site eventsLiaison between Venafi field reps and partner repsAssist in eliminating any channel conflict through leveraging Venafis HEART valuesPromote partner enablement through sales and sales architect trainingIdentify common channel challenges, proactively suggest improvement to existing processes, and deliver best practicesWork closely with different departments within Venafi and communicate effectively so all stakeholders are informed and aligned The ideal Venafi Warrior will be armed with: Five to seven years partner management experience and partner sales experienceMust have demonstrated consistent ability to achieve channel sales quota and ensuring partner successDegree from a 4-year accredited college or universityExtensive professional experience working with vendors and distributorsBroad expertise with security software salesDemonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizationsStrong sense of self-awareness and high emotional EQOrganizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment While you are busy protecting the world, weve got you covered!
