Gladiators. If you are looking for an opportunity where you are

you. We are creating an elite team of Inside Sales representatives
that work with local homeowners who are interested in selling or
purchasing real estate. As a member of our team, you will have the
opportunity to interact one-on-one with prospects to assist them in
meeting with our Real Estate Sales Agents. This position is a
unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performance,

the Schoelerman Group provides.
For the right person, this is a six figure opportunity.
Requirements: Proven Experience in a Commission Based appointment
General knowledge of the MidPeninsula market Active CA Real estate
license (it will need to be moved to Coldwell Banker) Expectations
for Success: You are the front line point person who will set
appointments for our sales agents Use the scripts provided to set
appointments for incoming prospects who register and inquire
through our marketing Provide follow up as needed until the
prospect is ready for an appointment with a real estate agent
Commission is a blend of a per appointment set, closing % of
commission, and team bonus based on performance goals

Proven Experience in a Commission Based appointment setting
General knowledge of the San Diego / Orange County / Los Angeles
market (Based on where you handle) Active CA Real estate license
(it will need to be moved to eXp) Schedule: 10 to 20 hours per week
