Job Description Overview We are looking for driven, eloquent, well-networked, and experienced business development professionals to join the sales force of an innovative startup. This is a remote position. We are Adaptability.org. About us The goal of Adaptability.org is to revolutionize Corporate Learning & Development/HR/Talent Management through the new science of adaptability & agility developed at T Labs. T Labs is a Silicon Valley based launchpad for innovative ideas and creative people. We are a diverse team working toward applying the power of exponentially growing technologies to help solve humanity's biggest problems. About you Extreme adaptability, hunger for success & learning, desire for positive impact 2-5 years (minimum) of quota carrying consultative sales experience Extensive understanding of corporate L&D space Experience selling contract values of 200k+ & sales cycles of 2+ months Ability to independently generate leads and nurture your own sales pipeline in a startup setting Comfort in connecting with CEOs, CHROs, CIOs, CLOs and directors Healthy rolodex of contacts from diverse organizations within L&D, HR, & strategy roles Outstanding consultative selling abilities & strong client orientation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to help shape product evolution and marketing strategies Extreme ownership of outcomes, regardless of source of challenges Zero toxicity, shared sense of success, dislike for drama, and laser focus on mission Growth mindset & ability to embrace significant executive responsibilities over time Key Responsibilities Sell Adaptability.org programs to L&D, Talent and HR functions of corporate clients Generate leads, track & nurture sales pipeline, convert through consultative BD Manage corporate accounts and anticipate their needs as a trusted advisor Embody the values of personal adaptability, corporate agility, and service excellence Obsess over client outcomes and continually imagine and realize win-win scenarios Company Description The goal of Adaptability.org is to revolutionize Corporate Learning & Development/HR/Talent Management through the new science of adaptability & agility developed at T Labs.
