The Digital Channels team is responsible for client focused digital experiences that support our Consumer Private Banking, Corporate, and Private Wealth Management businesses. We are seeking a dynamic, organized leader to play a key role in supporting these efforts amidst the rapidly changing digital servicing and sales landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities

What you'll do as a Digital Specialist:

The Digital Specialist provides sales support for their designated team. This individual will be focused in Private Equity and will learn the industry as well as the needs specific to clientele in that industry. This position is tasked with mastering all digital banking platforms, including but not limited to: mastering the bank's digital and Treasury platforms and how they benefit these clients, including but not limited to: Corporate Online Banking, Foreign Exchange Online (Currency purchasing, FX wires), Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Wire Transfers, ACH, Bill Payment, payments transmissions, automatic file reconciliation and Positive Pay (Checks, ACH).

The primary responsibilities of the Digital Specialist are partnering with sales teams to acquire new clients, onboarding and training new and existing clients to First Republic's digital platforms, consulting on additional treasury products as their needs evolve, and providing ongoing product support for the client. Digital Specialists will partner closely their Client Operations Manager, filling the role of subject matter expert on the bank's technology products. The Digital Specialist learns the prospective client's needs, tailoring digital solutions based on what will serve the client best. When new clients decide to bank with First Republic, the Digital Specialist will work closely with that individual or business to help facilitate a seamless banking transition, providing training and a direct line of support. Digital Specialists will also work with existing clients, identifying banking needs and sharing solutions with them that will ensure a richer banking experience. Through proactive engagement, the Digital Specialist works to ensure the company delivers the same extraordinary service through the digital channels as our clients expect face-to-face.

As one of their banking teams primary points of support, the Digital Specialist will provide end-to-end service for clients, ensuring a consistent experience every step of the way for new clients. A successful candidate will forge lasting relationships with both the banking teams they partner with, as well as the clients they interface with. Digital Specialists will also partner with the product development teams, leveraging client feedback to shape the development of future product offerings.

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you have:

* Bachelor's degree required, Finance or Business Administration majors preferred. * Minimum 1-2 years high touch sales, Private Equity, or treasury experience strongly preferred. * Desire to pursue a career track within Treasury technology. * Candidate must exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills, who excels in a team environment as well as independently. * Ability to travel up to 30% of the time in your local market to visit bank offices / clients. * Banking and/or Digital experience preferred.

Job Demands:

* Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens. * Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person. * Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions. * Position involves sitting as well as walking or standing for brief periods of time. * Must be able to travel as position requires.
