As a University Relations sourcer, you will partner with our
team of University Relations partners to generate strong
top-of-funnel talent for Rivian early-career roles and internships.
In this role, you will identify creative ways to find, engage, and
attract early-career talent through multiple sources, including
career sites, Boolean searches, employee referrals, and alternate
- Work closely with University Partners and hiring managers to
deeply understand requirements of the role, the function, and how
it fits into the larger enterprise
- Strategize different means of building talent pipelines and
execute on tactical research, job postings, referral generation,
and events and sourcing campaigns
- Screen and interview applicants to determine fit
- Regularly track candidate pipeline activity to share with
- Recommend and drive improvements to candidate journey
- 1-2 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or similar
- Preferably with University/Early-Career recruitment
- Proven success in development sourcing strategies and client
- Passion for candidate experience
- Proven ability to foster new partnerships, interact,
communicate, and influence
