PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
SAP North America Regional COE are the evangelists driving both
internal and customer mindshare, establishing the vision and
business value of solutions for the Intelligent Enterprise. This is
provided via thought leadership, expertise, and content that drives
pipeline generation and opportunity maturation to exceed North
America revenue goals for defined solutions areas.
The individual will be responsible for business development,
demand generation, deal strategy and deal execution of SAP's
Finance Solutions with a specialization in the BRIM solution set
for key & strategic customers in North America.
We are looking for experienced senior level employees with
executive level experience to engage with our customers' senior
SAP's portfolio of solutions for the finance line of business
(oCFO) covers financial close, billing & revenue management (BRIM)
treasury and risk management, financial operations, tax,
governance, risk, compliance and security to help finance
executives run their businesses today and prepare for change in the
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Deep understanding of customer Quote-to-Cash requirements and
solutions across a diverse base of industry knowledge
- Deep understanding of SAP solutions within the Billing, Revenue
& Invoice Management solution set including:
- Subscription order management
- Convergent Mediation by Digital Route
- FI-CA and other components of the BRIM solution (CC, CI)
- SAP Entitlement Management
- SAP Subscription Billing
- Proven track record engaging with senior executives.
- Support Large Enterprise and Key customer accounts to drive
sales of SAP's finance portfolio of solutions, including SAP
S/4HANA and BRIM, for both on-premise & cloud deployments.
- Drive in-region market awareness of solutions across both the
BRIM portfolio and SAP S/4HANA including event presentations,
partner engagement, market unit enablement and thought leadership
activities (e.g. blogs, white papers etc.).
- Become part of a global network of COEs, building and sharing
knowledge on successful demand generation, customer success stories
and potential product and market evolutions.
- Work in conjunction with regional / MU sales organizations, as
well as partners, solution management, value engineering &
consulting services to support lighthouse customer success
- Work in conjunction with the regional sales team (both industry
Account Executives & specialist account executives focused on BRIM
solutions) and the Industry Advisory team to execute demand
generation programs to maintain a rolling 4Q, 4x pipeline on-cloud,
3x pipeline on-premise.
- Present SAP Finance, SAP subscription & product portfolio and
SAP S/4HANA solution capabilities, value proposition, key
differentiators to senior executive levels and large audiences
- Prepare Executive summary "point of view" documents that align
solution benefits to customer strategic goals as well as serve to
illustrate potential -ROI with an investment in SAP Finance
Work Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT
organizations and with a demonstrated expertise in SAP Finance, SAP
BRIM, SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
- 10+ years of prior relevant solutions / LoB experience in
presales or consulting or working directly at a customer and
supporting SAP environments, especially with solving complex
manufacturing, supply chain and finance requirements
- Working knowledge of cloud in the B2B, B2C environments from an
order to cash perspective
- Working knowledge of cloud, hosted or managed services and
SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce and business networks a
Viewed as solutions / LoB expert across SAP (or other firm),
capable of leveraging an extensive network on behalf of SAP
resulting in pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong customer facing experience at executive levels
- Strong presentation skills
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION :
- MBA or equivalent degree from accredited university
- Fluency in English, any other language an asset
- Proficiency of the BRIM solution portfolio
