Alongside is an executive team from leading retail, technology, and design organizations such as Apple, Facebook, and Amazon.Manage end-to-end design and integration of talent programs (i.e., leadership development programs for exempt and non-exempt employees) that enable success, strengthens performance and promotes internal growthManage roadmap for development and talent programmingConstruct innovative ways to package experiences and programming that enhance employee happiness (engagement) as well as effectiveness in role execution and advancement In partnership with Learning and Development, recommend and implement appropriate learning delivery modalities (e.g., classroom - virtual / in-person, on demand, blended learning, etc.) to both facilitate and measure these approaches Ensure that all development and advancement programming is equitable, recognizing diversity gaps and actively building support for engagement Develop efficient systems and processes for tracking budget (where applicable), program participation, and program logistics as well as sharing success insights in partnership with People teamWorking closely with Learning and Development partners, help to maintain an LMS system or other solution to storing / engaging in learning programs Partner with critical stakeholders and business partners to roll out scalable training solutions Evaluate program results utilizing data to move the needle on employee effectivenessPartner with Justice team to integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into development programming and activities Build programs that increases leadership effectivenessRequirementsTravel to locations may be required as needed to support business needs and training deliveryWhat will make you successful?Relationship Building & Personal Growth:Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across different audiences.
