TripActions Liquid is a next generation payments and expense solution that is disrupting the market by taking advantage of the latest fintech infrastructure from providers like Stripe, Visa, Plaid, and Modern Treasury. Combined with their technology forward approach to corporate travel, Liquid's vision is to completely eliminate the concept of expense reports, from submitting to approvals to reconciliation. The company has raised over $800M including a recent $155M at a $5B valuation from investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed to help accelerate the payments and expense offering with a plan to become a public company in the next few years. The team is looking for engineers across all levels and roles (backend, frontend, mobile), product managers, product enablement, designers, content writers, finops, fraud and credit risk, and they are open to having employees located across the country.

We're looking to bring on a Product Enablement Manager, who will help us continue to scale this new product line as TripActions and our customers push for Liquid as a strategic business priority. You will help us launch all of our new product releases by helping to train our Support, Customer Success, Sales, FinOps and other leaders/stakeholders to fully understand the functionality of our new products, to then enable their various teams. You will be working very closely with product managers, product marketers, designers and engineers cross-functionally. You will have a direct impact on the product strategy, company goals and our perception in the market.

You will create, develop and update training materials, how to videos and product walkthroughs to ensure full understandings of our offering and vision. You will conduct regular Q&A sessions and provide valuable feedback and requirements back to the product teams from internal stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role that will report into Liquid's Head of Product.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the voice of the Sales, Support, and Customer Success organizations inside the Liquid product team
  • Develop helpful, clear, accurate training materials for Sales, Support, Customer Success, FinOps and other stakeholders
  • Partner with technical writers to develop Knowledge Base articles to guide our support organization on how to handle incoming questions from users
  • Develop and run live training sessions for support and customer success
  • Team up with a wide variety of stakeholders, including product owners, engineers, technical writers, integration teams, technical support, marketing, UX, etc.
  • Identify areas where internal stakeholders can improve their understanding of our product
  • Review customer calls, user support calls and site metrics to prioritize updates, and incorporate feedback from internal/external customers
  • Manage time and projects effectively, juggling multiple projects and deliverables

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to grasp complex engineering and product intricacies and simplify them to teach others how they work
  • Experience with presenting complex ideas to large crowds
  • Someone who is obsessed about their stakeholders and can anticipate their needs
  • Experience in Project Management or Product Marketing
  • Ability to organize your own work with minimal supervision and be able to meet tight project launch deadlines
  • Relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal subject-matter experts and external customers
