Head of Talent Acquisition

A security company in Palo Alto, California is seeking a Head of
Talent Acquisition to build out the architecture and execute on an
internal recruiting process for North America. This person would be
responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, with
approximately 40 to potentially 60 open reqs to fill this year.
They will work directly with stakeholders and executives in the
company to understand the business needs and ongoing capacity plans
in order to create a streamlined and scalable recruitment strategy
that can be implemented and successfully adopted by the company. In
addition, this person must consider best practices and provide cost
effective efforts when creating their strategy/process to
effectively fill a bulk amount of roles. Whether it be hands on
recruiting, vetting the top applicant tracking systems they can
implement, working with 3rd parties, etc., this person will need to
be a self starter who can think big picture, but execute at an
individual level to get the job done. The ultimate goal is to
define a cost effective and scalable recruitment strategy for a
company in hyper growth with successful company adoption.
Security/software Industry experience
8+ years experience working in talent acquisition
Experience building out an effective scalable internal recruiting
Experience growing a startup from around 200 to 500 employees in a
Executive level/leadership experience
Proven success implementing software's, strategies, and recruiting
processes with successful company adoption
