pioneer to join our Growth Data Science Analytics team. As the
first data scientist to support our Direct Comms Marketing team,
you will build out our framework of experimentation and performance
tracking for new channels. The ideal candidate is excited to define
and own company objectives and guide their team towards success
through data-driven decisions. If you have the intuition to
identify important analytical questions, the technical ability for
complex deep-dives, and the communication skills to help the team
turn ideas into action - you belong here!What You'll
Do:IdentifyIdentify, size and prioritize opportunities pertaining
to growth, user experience and profitabilityWork with
cross-functional partners to identify growth opportunities and
influence product and marketing strategy, then design the right
metrics and targets to communicate their progress MeasurePartner
with marketing, product managers, engineering, and data engineering
to design the right data models, logging, and data-pipeline
foundations to measure the business and productDesign experiments
and conduct causal inference to determine the effects of our
marketing campaigns and feature releases and provide statistical
rigor and guidance on those decisionsUnderstandGain in-depth
understanding of the industry, customers, product space, and
strategy, with emphasis on growth and marking, cross functional
strategy and metrics frameworkConduct deep-dive analysis to improve
the digital customer experience by understanding marketing
efficiency and customer behavior and set the strategic direction
for multiple product squads and marketing channelsWhat We
Need:Professional experience in a quantitative role in growth and
marketing domainsExperience with statistical analysis such as
causal inference, regression, time series and experiment
designFluency in SQL and comfortable with any scripting languages
like Python or R to solve problemsAbility to define relevant
metrics that can guide and influence stakeholders to the
appropriate and accurate insightsExperience with influencing the
