individuals eligible for cancer screening.Job DescriptionThe
Executive Assistant (EA) will provide complex, diversified, and
confidential administrative support to the executive team. This is
an onsite position where you will work closely with the CEO's
current Executive Assistant. A key focus of this position will be
to establish an executive presence in our new headquarters in Palo
Alto, CA. You will interact daily with senior level internal
clients across the business. Since you represent the executive
team, you will need to be professional, with a strong level of
business acumen and the ability to deliver high quality flawless
work. You will be extremely well organized, an excellent
communicator, capable of effectively managing complex schedules,
skilled at interfacing with key external audiences, and able to
prioritize and work closely with other members of the executive
team to coordinate various activities. Over time, you will be able
to anticipate many of the needs of the executive team and will be
proactive in the execution of those needs.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the executive team and
Guardant Health employees onsite.
- Collaborate with the executive team and their admins to ensure
strong communication across the business.
- Communicate on behalf of the executive team while ensuring
confidentiality and professionalism.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately and timely.
- Build relationships and communicate in a clear, concise manner
with executives and their assistants
- Coordinate other ad hoc projects as requested
- Follow company policy regarding internal controls as well as
comply with policies to ensure that the employee and the company
act legally and with the highest standards of ethics and
integrity
- Assist with extensive domestic and international meeting and
travel arrangements that may often require changes. Prepare
subsequent final expense reports.
- Be the eyes and ears of the executive team. Keeping a pulse on
the organization with a focus on continuous
improvementQualifications
- High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree highly
preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills including communication
and listening skills, friendly and helpful demeanor, exhibiting a
professional, energetic, proactive and enthusiastic demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written skills and attention to
detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
exceptional organizational skills, and ability to adhere to and
meet deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent judgment and influence management
skills.
- Have a proactive approach to business needs and
requirements.

- Ability to work independently and be flexible, adjusting
priorities and tasks in real time to support the objectives of the
departments
- Successful experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial
environment
- Excellent working knowledge of MS products including
PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and expense systemsAdditional
