As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving business and financial results through superior customer service. The sales coordinator is a critical role that lends itself to the company's competitive advantage by ensuring product orders run smoothly using speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness: receive orders by phone, email, and e-commerce, send order confirmations, transfer orders to shipping department, and send shipping confirmations.
  • Ensure sales order accuracy against purchase order by verifying part number, price list, promotional discounts, and other order details.
  • Inform customers and sales reps of unexpected delivery delays, back orders, or other order problems.
  • Track and follow up on customer quotes to close on the sale.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with current and prospective customers. Ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint by taking a solutions-oriented approach if problems should occur.
  • Track customer shipments with occasional preparation of shipping labels for consumable and AWB for created material.
  • Assist sales representatives with calls and emails when needed.
  • Track customer life cycle, sales logs, and leads using Salesforce (SFDC). Communicate with sales teams to ensure timely customer outreach. Assist with outreach when needed.
  • Actively prepare, manage, and monitor sales data and reports such as quotas, forecasting, report month-end goal metrics, and other KPIs to senior management team.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Director of Sales to assist with customer demos.
  • Act as point of contact for all customer correspondences, including managing the company website chat box. Forward messages to the appropriate person or department as needed.
  • Proactively communication with sales representatives to keep the team informed of critical information.
  • Work cross-functionally by communicating customer needs across all levels and departments of the company, including, but not limited to Sales/Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, & People Operations.
  • Assist in sales and marketing projects as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Other duties related to the role that impacts business and financial results.Qualifications
    • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
    • Ability to be in-office during the business hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm. -
    • 1-3 years' experience in similar role.
    • Proven experience in sales support; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, and able to proactively communicate information to the appropriate person or team.
    • Demonstrates confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities over the phone.
    • Ability to remain calm, respectful, and professional at all times especially under high stress situations.
    • Excellent computer literacy skills especially Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
    • Team player with high level of dedication and exceptional customer service acumen; a "no job too big or small" mindset is a must.Physical Requirements
      • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
      • Ability to be in-office during the business hours Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
      • Experience in the Life Science industry is a plus.
      • Proven experience in sales support; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, and able to proactively communicate information to the appropriate person or team.
      • Demonstrates confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities over the phone and through email.
      • Ability to remain calm, respectful, and professional at all times especially under high stress situations.
      • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
      • Excellent computer literacy skills especially Microsoft Office Suite, SFDC, NetSuite, Oracle.
      • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving upstream and downstream.
      • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
