amazing team.The Facilities Coordinator is a critical role that
will assist the company in ensuring a well run building

with or without notice.Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the daily functions of the office
- Maintain a safe, well-organized and well-stocked work
environment, and serve as the trusted go-to person for
office-related questions and needs
- Routine inspection and resolution of building, facilities, and
maintenance tasks
- New hire setup, including desk build and installations, and
badging
- Manage the company food, snack and supplies orders
- Stock kitchens and supply cabinets
- Maintain a working knowledge of internal policies for export
compliance, emergency preparedness
- Be a champion of Pivotal's distinctive company culture
- Enthusiastically welcome visitors to the office
- Manage small deliveries to the site
- Organize office functions and team events, both on-site and
off-site
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers
- Order catered lunches and dinners for the office as needed
- Liaise with our people team on various projects
- Create new processes that keep the administrative operational
aspects of the office in top-notch shape and streamline efficiency
(i.e. ordering supplies, meals, managing requests)
- Bring order to the office by ensuring cleanliness and order in
all areasQualifications
- 2+ years working in a startup office environment as a
Facilities Coordinator
- Keen judgment, ability to make sound independent decisions and
know when to escalate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work with a strong work
ethic and attention to detail
- Exceptional organization, planning, time management, and
problem-solving skills
- Highly collaborative and team oriented
- Knowledge of a variety of hand tools is a mustHigh level of
proficiency with Google Docs and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint,
Excel)
- College degree or high school diplomaApplicants must be
eligible for employment in the United States and willing to work
onsite at our HQ office in Palo Alto, CA.Pivotal offers a
