Geriatric Medicine Physician.Location: Palo Alto, CA POSITION
DETAILS: Our nationally recognized geriatric medicine sub-specialty
department is seeking full-time BC/BE fellowship trained
geriatricians to join our innovative team serving the San Francisco
Bay Area. We seek colleagues passionate about opportunities for
patient care in office-based settings (consultative work,
comprehensive geriatric assessments, shared medical appointments),
as well as post-acute and long-term care settings. Our
geriatricians enjoy a 4 full-day work week, providing high touch
care serving 10 patients per day. On-call is virtual, 1 in 6 (until
midnight only). We take care of patients in a modern office
designed specifically to serve geriatrics and palliative care
patients. We welcome geriatricians who are also interested in
career growth---including program development, future leadership
opportunities, research collaboration, and making impacts in
systems-based practice and value-based care.Qualification(s):
