Job Description:
A client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician who would
be providing support at one of the top Hospitals in Palo Alto, CA.
This person will be responsible for tier 2 and 3 support. This role
provides a point of contact for end-users to receive support and
maintenance within the organization's desktop computing
environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing,
maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but
not limited to workstations, terminals, printers, and scanners) to
ensure optimal workstation performance. Minimum Requirements-5-7
years DTS experience -Experience with Windows/IOS -Experience with
assisting/helping Directors, C-level Executives -Vast understanding
of hardware (in and out), and software -Customer Service-Coming
from a Healthcare background Desired Skills-Coming from a
Healthcare background -Experience with EPIC -Asset Management
-Experience with assisting/helping Directors, C-level
