Essential Functions* --- Work in a Global Security Operations Center, analyzing threats and vulnerabilities, reviewing log data, and protecting critical systems against cyber incidents --- Write security incident investigation reports to provide situational awareness and communicate risks to management --- Assist in documenting and updating security-related data accurately into a central security data management system --- Collect, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence to support action plans based on credibility and likelihood --- Assists in planning and execution of risk assessment projects --- Contribute to procedures and processes to standardize and enhance risk management --- Monitor global and domestic threat intelligence and provide real-time alerting to various security teams --- Provide emergency and non-emergency security system monitoring, event dispatch, and emergency notification services --- Process and maintain a wide variety of files, logs, reports, and forms --- Prepare written reports of incidents in the proper format and with correct grammar and spelling --- Analyze information using multiple external sources to identify and prevent potential threat or risk affecting company's life, property, and assets --- Monitor and adhere to internal operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client assets and personnel --- Determine threats in collaboration with GSOC management and guaranteed compliance with global expectations. *This Job Description is not a comprehensive list of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities. Required Experience and Qualifications --- GSOC: 3 years (Required) --- Collecting, analyzing and disseminating intelligence: 2 years (Required) --- 12-hour shifts (Required) --- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. --- Must have one or more of the following experiences: Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security --- Must be well versed in current technologies and open source search methodologies. --- Competence with MS Office Suite and other database systems. --- Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality. --- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. --- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations. --- Must be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations. Competencies and KASO (knowledge, aptitude, skills and other) --- Multi-tasking time sensitive and detailed Operations planning activities --- Industry and business acumen --- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills --- Successful client management experience --- A demonstrated history of effective conflict resolution skills --- Ability to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours --- Ability to work 12-hour shifts both days and nights Work Environment& Physical/Mental Demands With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. In addition to other demands, the demands of the job include: --- Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, and drug tests if required. --- Maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations. --- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information. --- Regular computer usage. --- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. --- Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. --- Close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus. --- May be exposed to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area. --- Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling. --- Must be flexible with the ability to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends with little notice. --- Frequent sitting and/or standing.
