Job DescriptionHealth Gorilla is looking for a Sales Executive,
that lives in the Western Region, to sell our clinical data APIs
into the digital health developer market. You will be responsible
for nurturing existing opportunities in our sales pipeline and
developing new opportunities in partnership with our inside sales
team. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, collaborative closer,
that has proven success for selling software solutions in the
healthcare industry. Responsibilities will span from driving the
sales process from qualifying new prospects and managing deals to
closure. Our sales team is a critical component of our go-to-market
strategy as it will enable our team to expand our enterprise
footprint and scale to uncover new opportunities. Our goal is to
create an efficient sales experience and engage prospects in a
consultative manner to identify their needs and pain
points.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Responsible for new customer acquisition and driving new
revenue while being assigned a $2.6M ARR quota and maintaining the
highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Mastered at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and
managing the contract process.
- You also have experience selling APIs to the developer
audience, building trust and mutual respect with technical
customers and peers.
- Passionate about what you do and you are able to think outside
of the box and have world-class interpersonal and communication
skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial
details sound simple.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage over 50
project/deals at the same time. As an added bonus, you've
previously sold cloud or enterprise software in the healthcare
industry.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSEducation: BA or BS degree
in a business-related field.
- 10+years of Enterprise Sales experience and a track record of
personally selling and closing complex technical solutions to
healthcare stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success with new customer acquisition and driving
new revenue while being assigned at least a $3M ARR quota and
maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track record of managing 50-75 deals at a time.
- Experience selling APIs to the developer audience, building
trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers.
- Mastered at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and
managing the contract process.
- Fluent with Salesforce and G-suite
- Healthcare SME experience preferred specifically for regulated
health care data, interoperability, aggregation, HIE, value based
care, or digital health application that connects providers to
payers and patients.
- Responsibilities will span from driving the sales process to
qualifying new prospects and managing deals to closure.
- Healthcare or startup experience required
- Consistent strong performance in attaining and exceeding
objectives.
- Excellent creativity and problem solving abilities.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention
to detail.
- Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis
