But with this rapid change brings challenges in how fast we can shift to meet those expectations. We need to deliver better experience through improved capabilities, frictionless touchpoints and value-added interactions. This role will be pivotal in helping us drive change and execute on key growth areas to meet those rapidly shifting customer expectations.The primary objectives of this role include:Drive critical SMB growth program end-to-end. Work with the regional Digital Direct organizations, and the broader HP teams to define and drive progress of key workstreams in support of the larger Digital Direct Strategy.Turn vision into action and execution. -Work with key stakeholders across Digital Direct, GBUs (Global Business Unit), and functions to secure buy-in, align decisions and deliver results.Prepare and deliver executive communication that follows a logically reasoned, data-supported approach, allowing executives to understand the details linked to the big picture.Knowledge and skillsProgram Manage like a boss. - Drive decisions to ensure your program stays on schedule. - Obsess over data and results. - Identify how to constantly define and measure success.Know when to pivot. - Expect setbacks and know how to call audibles to align your team and drive forward.Doctor, not a patient. You know how to structure and solve ambiguous problems without looking for someone to tell you how to get things done.Think strategically, execute tactically. Possess the ability to work at a strategic level with senior leaders and the will and want to roll up your sleeves and work tactically with individuals across the organization to drive results.Deliver Results.
