Solutions Architect who is an expert in networking, data center
solutions, and public cloud consumption methods and possesses the
necessary skills and disposition to provide consultative pre-sales
support to clients. Qualified candidates will have experience
translating client business needs into technology specifications
and serve as an authority for multiple technologies and their
deployment in cloud and on-premises environments. This individual
will gather requirements, and design solutions while working
directly with the sales team to help position cloud and on-premises
offerings within customer organizations. This position reports to
the VP Solutions Architecture.We welcome your experience and

- 5+ years of experience providing presales support or designing
technology solutions for leading infrastructure vendors and cloud
services required
- 10+ years of information technology engineering experience,
ideally hands-on supporting implementation or operations for
enterprise environments
- Previous experience developing project statements of work
(SOW), level of effort (LOE) and cost estimates
- Experience preparing Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Strong working knowledge of the following technology and cloud
solutions, with deep expertise in three or more categories:
- Networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN)
- Security (IAM, MDR/EDR, GRC)
- Compute (Virtualization, HCI)
- Storage (SAN, NAS, DHCI)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery (Veeam, Zerto, Rubrik,
Cohesity)
- Public or Private Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of enterprise architectures and common
technologies
- Certifications or equivalent experience from industry leading
technology providers including: Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware,
NetApp, Pure, HPE/Aruba, Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft
Azure
- Previous experience with Identity and Access Management, SSO,
MFA, and PAM solutions would be a plus.Some of the exciting work
you will encounter:
- Partnering with InterVision Account Managers to support account
planning sessions and build lasting customer relationships.
- Owning the technical sales process and deliverables from
opportunity identification through closing.
- Creating and delivering customer-facing presentations covering
products and solutions.
- Gathering and using customer requirements to develop cloud and
on-premises solutions, including high-level designs, bills of
materials, and professional services scopes against industry
recognized best practices.
- Conducting proof of concepts and demonstrations for products
and offerings.
- Providing hand off from presales to delivery for hosted and
on-premises solutions.
- Maintaining deep technical knowledge across multiple technology
domains and applications.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with peers at
InterVision's partner organizations.
- Consistently achieving high levels of customer
satisfaction.
- Keeping technical, communications, and business skills current
with an emphasis on understanding emerging technologies and their
impact on InterVision customers and their business.
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and
approaches to meet internal and external objectives.
- This position will be a customer-facing position requiring a
candidate with the technical skills and integrity to work with the
Customer and Sales Team to design solutions to meet and exceed
customer expectations.
- We are looking for candidates who consider themselves (and are
considered by others) a "people person" and a team player.
- Serving as the technical lead to support execution of
InterVision's presales assessments (workshop based) to develop and
recommend compelling solutions.
- Developing the technical and pricing proposals to supply this
service solution and validate delivery service meets customer
expectations.
