Job Description:
Our client is a well-established, fast-growing leader in
large-format printing, signage solutions, and outdoor advertising ,
serving industries including retail, real estate, entertainment,
and corporate branding. They are known for delivering high-impact
visual communication solutions that stand out in a competitive
market. We are currently partnering with them to recruit a dynamic,
results-driven Sales Representative to join their Bay Area team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in signage,
large-format printing, or out-of-home (OOH) media who thrives in a
client-facing, consultative sales environment. Key
Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
in sectors such as commercial real estate, retail, events, and
construction Sell a range of visual communication products,
including billboards, fleet graphics, event signage, transit media,
and custom large-format displays Build and manage a strong sales
pipeline through networking, prospecting, and referrals Create
compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each client's
needs and goals Work closely with internal design and production
teams to ensure successful project execution Meet and exceed
monthly and quarterly revenue targets Maintain accurate CRM records
and regular client follow-ups Candidate Profile: 2 years of B2B
sales experience in signage, print, large-format graphics, or
outdoor advertising Strong understanding of printing processes,
substrates, and OOH advertising formats Existing network or
familiarity with the Bay Area market is highly preferred Confident
communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills Highly
self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and
collaboratively Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet
