Job Description:
Join Year Up, a trailblazing nonprofit organization dedicated to
closing the opportunity divide for young adults. Through our
intensive one-year program, we empower individuals by coupling
academic instruction with valuable internship experiences. We are
excited to offer an Entry Level Sales Support Role within our
dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our
sales initiatives and contributing to our mission. This position
offers you the chance to develop your professional skills in a
supportive, mission-driven environment while making an impact on
our community. Assist in the preparation and organization of
promotional material and sales presentations. Support the sales
team in daily administrative tasks and manage client account data
within the CRM system. Help organize and attend client meetings and
industry conventions. Conduct market research and analyze consumer
rating reports/ questionnaires. Employ marketing analytics
techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics,
rankings, etc.). Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories
with statistical, financial, and non-financial information. Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
CRM software. Ability to work under strict deadlines. Basic
understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Sales Certification programs (e.g., Certified Professional Sales
Person (CPSP), Certified Sales Executive (CSE)) preferred but not
required.
