Position Description
LiveAction is seeking a seasoned Revenue Data Analyst to join a collaborative team where your experiences, effort, and ideas will matter! You'll be responsible for the data, processes, and systems that keep the revenue-generating parts of our business running smoothly. As a Revenue Data Analyst, you'll work in tandem with multiple internal and external stakeholders to renew and grow business in our existing client base. Your focus will be on increasing our operational scale and revenue predictability.

The Revenue Data Analyst will help manage several key functions such as: supporting data quality within SFDC as well as report creation and analysis, renewal and churn reporting, commission calculation support, and assist with driving KPI setting and alignment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from various sources i.e., SFDC to build and improve leading indicators across multiple customer segments and sales journey stages.
  • Detect signs of early risk within our customer base, and work with multiple stakeholders to build a programmatic approach to reduce churn, improve retention, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Administer the monthly calculation and payment of sales incentive compensation for all commissionable employees; perform monthly audits to ensure commission accuracy
  • Execute and streamline weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for leadership
  • Proactively identify and explore opportunities for sales process improvements, facilitate implementing changes and help drive enablement efforts
  • Responsible for process analysis, optimization, improvement, and measurement
  • Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, CSMs, Marketing, and Product teams to continuously improve the predictability and understanding of our business
  • Craft internal assets, project plans, and presentations that effectively communicate findings and actionable recommendations for LiveAction
    Qualifications
    • 3+ years of Revenue Operation, Sales Operations, Customer Success Ops and/or Business Ops experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
    • Strong analytics, operational, and project management foundation. Enjoys digging into complex operations.
    • Subject matter expertise in modern tools: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Tableau (or other Data Analysis/Visualization tool)
    • Ability to see the big picture and coordinate efforts of multiple cross functional teams
    • Proactive, curious-minded, and organized team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer engagement, loyalty, and adoption.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
